  1. A Memory Called Empire is high up on my 2020 tbr.

    I did not like Foundryside, personally. Bennett loves to repeatedly explain his magic system, and that got in the way of the story. And I didn’t care for any of the characters. I know it’s popular, though, so maybe you will have a better time with it.
